The highlight of my trip was eating these paua pies 😃🙌🏾. Forget gourmet platters and wine, this is what you MUST try if you come to Te Tairawhiti.
Enjoyed their Terakahi fish and chips. Delicious and friendly service.
We stopped in for our morning coffee, and I encourage everyone who happens to be passing through to stop as well. If coffee is not your thing, their frappes are substantial (almost a meal.all. on. their. own!). They offer catering services as well as a great menu and cabinet food - we just didn't have time to stop and eat. Give them a try, then come back and give them a rating! Beautiful people and wonderful service.
BEST PAUA PIE EVER! Super friendly staff! Perfect place to stop & refuel after walking Cooks Cove.
