Fusion is an absolute gem in Gisborne, they’re a small business that creates some amazing tasting, healthy, feel good food. I’ve been a regular for years, and not once have I been disappointed. Alongside making great food they also offer boba tea which I find refreshing on a hot day. The dishes I’d recommend you try are the Vietnamese spring rolls and the crispy chicken noodle soup. I would say prices are more on the expensive side, yet worthwhile. The service is nice and fast, they now also have an ordering screen in the shop too. 5 star.

Getting food from Fusion was a clean and streamlined experience. The inside of the store was very tidy and tastefully decorated. It only took 5-10 minutes for me to receive piping hot food for 4 adults.
I tend towards their meal bowls, opting for crispy pork or crispy chicken depending on my mood. Regardless, the portions are great for the price, delicious and relatively healthful.
I typically get my food to go, but it's also really nice inside so I can certainly recommend eating in as well.

First time here, I ordered won ton soup, spring rolls and a Boba tea to take away. Absolutely delicious food! Restaurant had a great atmosphere and the waitress who took my order was super lovely! Thanks Fusion, I will definitely be back!

My daughter went to Fusiom to get her free buble tea but she was declined the lady said that my daughter need to buy 1 to get her free 1. So wats the sense of getting a loyalty card after you spent a lot for bubletea to get a free. Ugh!

This has been bugging me. I went to fusion last night to take away some of my dinner, the food is always good (been here 3x) however while im waiting for my food I noticed this skinny asian lady doing some clean up with tables and chairs. Like, ok she's wiping it but she is doing it the same time, alternatively. Wiped table then chair using the same towel?really? Do I make sense here? But food is good though its just that concerned me.
