Eden and Raymond were really professional, helpful and nice to interact with as they managed the accident damage repairs to my vehicle. Their team reinstated some quite bad panel and paint accident damage to its previous as new condition. Thank you those who worked on it. We recently purchased a vehicle through tom and the service and care we got was something we havent experienced before. My partner was due to travel on the friday from christchurch to gisborne to collect the new purchase, but we recieved the call on the Wednesday that my father was gravely unwell. Tom went above and beyond to get the car to us from gisborne to rural waikato at no extra cost to us while we planned my father's funeral. Tom took it upon himself to remove an extra stress during this already difficult time. Tom, if your reading this, you are an absolute legend, people like yourself are one in a million.
