The Gladstone road cafe is an excellent place for any time of the day, the pies are filled to burst and the coffee is an everyday staple, the service is always great with a smile and conversation every time. Five stars!!

$5.50 for a small bag of wedges (edited as I initially referred to it as chips) and $1 for sauce. So expensive! At least offer tomato sauce for free. Most places let you squeeze some sauce on top of the chips with no extra charge. How is it that I can get them cheaper in Auckland where the cost of living is greater? Bakehouses I've been to around the country have been priced well, but this is the worst one I've been to.

Amazing coffee at Gladstone Cafe! Adellah provided great customer service — very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

We ordered #1, #5, #7.
Gladstone big Breakfast was $22.
It came out Luke warm, by time I finished this, it was cold.
The mushrooms were warmed, not grilled as advertised.
It advertised two small sausages, what I got was a one big pre-cooked sausage. KARE👀🤣.
#5- Mince on Toast. (Awful)
It was basically the mince from the pies, slapped on a toast with an egg on top. Was not good at all.
#7- eggs benedict - SUCCESS!
Iced Chocolate was good 👍
Pies: Steak pie mushroom pie. Had 1 Mushroom in it, potatoe top pie was on
Price wise, reasonable.
Drink prices: bit expensive.

Bought chocolate mud cake/muffin and the chocolate on the top is frozen .very hard to eat.
i have tried their blueberry muffin which was good but not this one today.
