My hair is about a metre long, and as someone with a sleep disorder (who is also a recovering tomboy 😅) it's an absolute game changer to come in for a weekly hair wash with the genuinely lovely and efficient Elouise. She also does a fancy scalp scan to check in on my hair and scalp condition, which she has improved since my visits.
Leonette also gave our little girl her very first haircut, she gently talked her through the process and took her so seriously! I was so impressed I eventually got her to trim mine too (something I don't do lightly, hence the mega length 😆). Thanks team, you're all wonderful ❤️

First time here and was pleasantly surprised with the great experience! Clean, modern salon, complementary fancy tea or coffee and water with a biscuit and mint, massage chair! The small details matter and I feel the owner has done a great job. Jade was great; quick, confident and friendly but still doing a good job. Will definitely be switching from my regular to Meiko

Friendly staff. Very responsive and helpful with my messages on instagram. Leonette our hair stylist was very helpful when deciding on what hair style would be best to start with. She took into consideration my concerns and needs I shared before our appointment. She was very respectful and did a wonderful job with the cut and making us feel as comfortable as possible. Nga mihi Leonette will definitely be back again.

I had an appointment at 7pm with Sophie, she's a 3rd year trainee and the best hairdresser I have been able to find in years! I showed and explained exactly what I wanted and she executed perfect! The is the happiest I have ever felt with a hair cut, she will from now on be my regular go to girl. To the manager of Nova, give this girl a pay rise, she is a asset to your business.

As I am new to Gizzy, I was not sure where to go for a haircut. I happened to browse for a few places and called a few but all of them gave me a ridiculous wait time of a week. Nova Hair on the other hand asked me to walk in as soon as possible and would fit me in. Amazing ambience, great music and brilliant services!! Special thanks to Sophie for understanding my need and giving me an awesome haircut. Thank you Sophie and team Nova. You guys are awesome!!
