Amelia was very professional, calming and thorough. She made us feel very comfortable and was very attentive to our needs. She made a very good impression on our first visit. We will definitely be back again soon.
Rika, a Japanese therapist who recently started working here, is very professional and highly experienced. After the treatment, my lower back pain disappeared and I’ve been able to live much more comfortably. She gives the best deep tissue massage in Gisborne.
Visiting from W.A and stopped in for a relaxing facial with Kasia. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and or a refresh when visiting Gisborne.

For me I felt strange getting an eyebrow appointment and having to be quiet, there was no music, and I assumed we were being quiet to be respectful for those having a spa. I was a little disappointed with the lash lift, they weren't as lifted as I've had in the past. Cool earrings in the waiting area though
