My daughter is in Gisborne for a month on placement and her Alfa MiTo decided to start playing up â not ideal when youâre away from home and relying on your car every day.
Richard managed to fit her in quickly, fixed the main issue, and also took the time to properly diagnose another issue that was about to cause trouble too. Sheâs now back on the road running reliably again and with real peace of mind.
Absolutely outstanding service, honest advice, and genuinely caring about getting people sorted when theyâre stuck.

Amazing service again and again from the team at Prestige European. Every single time they go above and beyond and make any servicing or repairs as easy as possible with the least disruption. They do this all the time, but one time in particular we were due to drive a long distance but discovered something that needed to be repaired the day before we were due to leave. The team went out of their way and worked late and early to have it ready for us to depart the next morning. Highly recommend their services!

I was traveling from Auckland to Gisbourne to see my 2 month old Granddaughter and my vehicle lost power and started to shudder 32km from Gisbourne :(
The next day I called Prestige Richard said he would fit me in that day!
I am SO appreciative of Lynn and Richard to sorting out my vehicle so quickly
Within 2 days I had my vehicle up and running...5 â all the way!!

When my car broke down in Gisborne and I needed to get back home (Mt) Richard and Lynn were only too happy to help. They were professional and concerned around my safety, but also wanted to get me back on the road asap⌠which they did. I would totally recommend Prestige European for all your mechanical needs. They know what they are doing, are super friendly and helpful. I couldnât of got me and my car back home if it wasnât for them! Thanks so much guys, really appreciate everything you have done for me.
