Found the menu selection and food quality to be quite poor, we recently dined at the Whakatane Robert Harris and that was noticeably better. Cafe looks old needs sprucing up to the Robert Harris standard. I’ll give them a 3rd star for the friendly service.

Great food and coffee. Their chai is very good and they have a great selection of baked goods. The outdoor seating is nice. Treble court does not have much going for it but Robert Harris is a great reason to visit.

A variety of food, plenty of seating but very dark inside. Coffee is not hot. This place is not open between xmas and new year when it should be to cater for all the summer, r&v and cruise visitors, especially when craft market is on.

Shocking. Some meals served cold after being left out waiting to cook others. Eggs benne is the worst I've ever had - not including the hair I found in the food. Should be closed down.
