Creamy delicious scrambled free range eggs with some sour dough toast and best of all was the delightful service.
Sitting outside looking out to the blue sea with sun warming me made for a perfect brunch.
A cappuccino with a lemon/coconut muffin sealed the deal.
Thanks Rocket cafe you deliver.

Great food, home made and great coffee.
Super friendly food. Itβs not a fast food outlet so plan to be there for a while and enjoy the home made local jams and relish that are for sale. The views are epic and the rock pools down at the beach are safe and fun for the family but always keep and eye on the tide and waves.

Cute wee spot for a coffee and real home made food.
Owner can whip up some toasted Sammie's or choose from a load of amazing home made style baking.
Nice coffee too, very friendly staff. Also they make all types of chutneys and jams, grab a jar or 2 and support local

This place is brilliant.
Fantastic staff and the best home baking you could wish for.
The coffee was good and strong too my liking (if not too my traditionally tea drinking partner's)!
Definitely visit if you're in Mahia, and check out the free books.

Lovely little cafe, great hospitality and lots of preserves to choose from. I will go to Mahia just to visit Janey and have a coffee there with her. The hospitality is absolutely amazing and I can reccomend anyone to order some of her lovely jams and preserves!
