Friendly and great service, John Taylor went above and beyond today. He emptied and cleaned our septic tanks, cleaned the pump filter, cleaned the aerator filter then checked and cleaned all other parts were in good working order. Highly recommend, worth every dollar we paid and will use them all the time from now on! Thanks from Tolaga Bay :)

Within 1 hour of reporting blocked drain Terry was here had it unblocked within 15 mins. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

We had 3 jobs done by John Taylor up Kanakanaia road today, and even though the day threw us a few lemons his service was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond what we expected, and had fantastic customer service from start to finish.
He cleaned ALL the sludge from the bottom of the septic tanks and did the best job we have ever seen. Not to mention they also gave me the best quote in Gisborne!
Reliable, hardworking and genuinely great to deal with.
