Friendly and great service, John Taylor went above and beyond today. He emptied and cleaned our septic tanks, cleaned the pump filter, cleaned the aerator filter then checked and cleaned all other parts were in good working order. Highly recommend, worth every dollar we paid and will use them all the time from now on! Thanks from Tolaga Bay :)

Nga mihi nui to whom I spoke to yesterday, lovely down to earth customer service over the phone and even though he had a busy day on he made time & got our urgent issue sorted. Highly recommend!!

Within 1 hour of reporting blocked drain Terry was here had it unblocked within 15 mins. Outstanding service and highly recommended.
