I will not Recommend Beauty Depot to any one ... Not a good place to go as first she did the wrong piercing and then she was very rude to me ... She just don't know how to talk to the customer... Really disappointed...

I got a mini manicure which means just a file and polish. The lady was lovely to me but unfortunately I didn't like my nails afterwards. The nails were not completely covered and I didn't think it looked smooth so I will be having them redone once I am back in Hawkes Bay.
EDIT: After my review the Beauty Depot immediately replied and then refunded me. Thank you, for that I really appreciate the quick response.

I cannot recommend Juana Vincent from The Beauty Depot enough. I embarked on an NLP and hypnotherapy journey with Juana last year. There were amazing changes and revelations along the way, but what really blew me away was how everything has come together now, and there are so many positive changes within me... self confidence, awareness of limiting beliefs, breaking sabotaging patterns, and recreating myself from the inside out, leaving the BS behind me with love, learning and most importantly, gratitude. I can honestly say that this incredible woman and her work has changed my life. I feel so empowered and in the driver's seat of my life which I haven't felt for as long as I can remember. She kicks your butt in the most direct yet loving way 😆 and knows exactly how to find what needs to be worked on. I had to laugh at myself this morning... I was planning on sleeping in, but I woke up early enough to get a morning gym class in, and so I did. I feel great! This, I assure, you would not have happened even 6 months ago! Im no longer making lame excuses and then beating myself up about them. I'm actively doing and wanting to do things that align with who I want to be, and I'm now able to recognise when my BS surfaces and I can positively work through it. If you have anything in your life that feels off but you don't know how to get to the root cause, please get in touch with Juana. Xxx

Just got a Brazilian at The Beauty Depot. Quick and the results are so smooth! Juana was so great. Definitely recommend if you're looking for long-lasting hair removal. 👍
