Very disappointed with these guys. Purchased a ute unseen which took weeks too complete on account if WOF issues and poor communication. Even getting a pre purchase inspection was a drama as they missed the first booking however we got there in the end. I was assured the wheel alignment would be done and the vehicle groomed as it was noted as being very dirty. On taking ownership I immediately noticed the deck was old, unfastened and lifting up and not the new deck as advertised. The difflock did not work nor the spotlights which were also advertised features. I contacted the dealership and they did agree I could take the ute into my local dealership to have the issues sorted. This was done however the deck was mearly screwed down and not replaced to meet the advertised condition.
Numerous other issues have also since been noticed such as wiring issues with the tail lights and over all poor condition for a viehicle of age and kms. While a pre-purchase inspection failed to identify many of the other issues. I believe the viehicle failed met the standard usually found from a reputable car dealership, particularly one bearing the car manufacturers name.
I will be getting the car professionally groomed at a cost of $400 for the inside. Waterblasting all the built up mud accumulated under the viehicle and engine bay. Replacing or repairing steering wheel and intercooler. Transmission is overdue for service and warning light comes on. Numerous other minor imperfections that require attention that ought to have been attended to prior to offering for sale at top dollar. The only positive appart from difflock and spotlights now working. Is the car was delivered to another part of the country at their cost for my. Obviously I do not recommend these guys and advise anyone purchasing a viehicle to proceed with caution.

Wont answer phone calls or txts regarding a car they are selling. I'm very interested in the car but no replies back. Ive tried Brian and Jordon Watts but neither answer. What a joke!

Called up for some parts today John answered just by stating his name no greetings.Tried explaining what I needed to which he responded" you need to learn how to speak english". So rude. So I got my manager phone him back and because I could here the conversation I could pick up he's talking about a different part. So we had to take the old part there so he can see what we need. This is just wrong.
